1. Our 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your CUTLINE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page) are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please email us at: rogersskokiellc@gmail.com with the following information:
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without an RA Number, as this may delay processing or result in the package not being accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Due to customer preference (wrong size/color, changed mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
Due to our error (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged upon arrival): We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Partial Refunds: Items that are returned with signs of wear, missing parts, or damage not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price).
Late/Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at rogersskokiellc@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately on the CUTLINE website. This ensures you get the desired size before it sells out.
6. Holiday Gift Returns
For orders placed between November 15 and December 25, we extend our return window to January 31 of the following year to accommodate holiday gifting. All other terms above remain applicable.
7. US State Law Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with U.S. federal regulations and the consumer protection laws of Arizona (our state of business) and other relevant states. Nothing in this policy is intended to supersede your rights under applicable law regarding warranties or defective goods.
